Insecure Season Three: Our Hairspiration

Posted on

Insecure season three is not disappointing. The whole gang is making major career moves while also making questionable decisions in their love lives, and we wouldn’t have it either way. With just a few episodes left, we still have so many questions left to answer. We’ve got our theories about what is going to happen before the season is over, but we’re not here to talk about that. (No spoilers in this article!) We’re here to get hair inspiration. Here are our favorite styles from this season of Insecure thus far.

Molly Insecure HBO Hairstyle

Molly has a new look for her new job, and we’re here for it. The sleek bob showcases her amazing cheekbones. She’s always choosing the perfect shade of lipstick to bring the look together. There are many ways to channel your inner Molly. You could get a cut if you’re ready to switch up your look, but you could also achieve something similar by simply investing in a quality wig. Add shine with our Hair & Scalp Growth Elixir.

Issa Rae Season 3 Hair

Issa has a lot in her life to figure out. Her career. Her men. Thankfully she’s got her hair completely figured out. This coily puff, accented with twists on the side is the perfect laid back look. Moisture is extremely important when defining curls, so make sure to do a moisturizing CoWash before attempting the look for yourself.

Molly Insecure Season 3 Hair

Molly’s bob is versatile, easily transitioning from corporate law office to afternoon hangouts to nights on the town. Soften up your own style with loose, face-framing curls. Then add warmth and a touch of fun with honey brown highlights. With the color and the styling, this look is ideal for the fall season.

Issa Rae Insecure Season 3 Hair

Issa’s mirror rap look is actually kind of cute. Protect your hair and make a style statement with a colorful scarf. Let your natural texture peek out, sweeping over your face, or define your curls with a mini twist out. Complete with a bold face of makeup and a minimalist outfit. You’ll turn heads.

Aside from the drama, we love seeing complex black women characters on the screen. Women that we can relate to. Women that we can emulate.
