Take 2 capsules daily with water. Can be taken on an empty stomach. Drink at minimum the recommended daily amount of water while taking this supplement.
HAIR + SCALP ELIXIR
Shake well before each use. Massage about 10 drops into scalp or thinning areas at least 4 times per week for 3 minutes to achieve best results. Can be used to seal hair, add shine, and tame frizz. Store in a cool, dry place. Best if used within six months after opening.
