Job Summary

The eCommerce Operations Coordinator will be responsible for eCommerce operations across our multiple eCommerce accounts. This role will liaise and collaborate closely with eCommerce, Manufacturers, Vendors and Distribution partners as well as the internal team to ensure all service expectations are met. This role will report to the CEO.

Essential Job Duties

  • Collaborate and develop forecasting plans and help in designing operations infrastructure to Manage third party vendor relationship, coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, generate reports to review operations and support the day to day business operations.
  • Review the current inventory and replenishment processes across eCommerce accounts and improve the operational efficiency. 
  • Instrumental in setting up new customer accounts in new markets
  • Participate in brainstorming and process review sessions to scale up the operations. 
  • Work with eCommerce team to review/setup operational KPIs and deliver on those KPIs working with distribution team, warehouse team and external vendors.
  • Manage daily e-commerce fulfillment and returns.
  • Build and implement solutions for fulfillment issues including order mispacks and transit time delays.
  • Continuously improve cost, speed, and accuracy performance of our distribution network source and negotiate with parcel carriers to optimize speed and cost .
  • Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity to include international presence.
  • Manages inventory management and supply chain.
  • Ability to develop KPI and analyze data for performance improvements.


                Experience and Education Requirements

                • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Operations experience from an accredited university.
                • 3-5 years Supply Chain experience in an eCommerce setting.
                • Working experience in ecommerce platforms.
                • Strong technical skills to include MS, google and project management platform.
                • Attention to detail. 
                • Strong communication (written/verbal). 
                • Excellent interpersonal skills.
                • Strong negotiation skills.
                • Well versed in Microsoft office + operations software.
                • Planning and project management experience a plus.
                • Ability to work from  home, with high speed internet service, ability to navigate different platforms.
                • Amazon store and inventory management a plus.

                • Travel globally as needed.
