Five Beauty Treatments to Enhance Your Summer Glow

Posted on

We’ve officially reached the part of the season where we’ve spent enough time on beaches and rooftops and patios to have a summer glow. A summer glow is one of those looks that everyone can pull off. Skin starts to look more even, and makeup colors begin to pop in new ways. It's a beautiful thing. And while summer glows happen naturally for most of us, there’s more we can do to bring that radiance to the surface. Here are five beauty treatments to enhance your summer glow.

Pop your pills

Summer glows come from the inside out. When you nourish your body with wholesome foods, you’ll see benefits in your hair, skin, and nails. Add vitamins to the mix, and watch your summer glow up unfold before your own eyes. We’re partial to our own whole foods vitamin. Read the reviews, and you’ll see that others are, too.

Make salt and sugar your friends

Salt and sugar shouldn’t be mainstays in your diet, but they should make regular appearances in your skincare routines. Exfoliating with a salt or sugar scrub will allow you to say goodbye to dull, dead skin. Exfoliation also increases blood circulation, which helps your skin cells have the oxygen they need to really glow.

Cover up

In an article about your summer glow, it seems counterintuitive to mention SPF. However, your summer glow shouldn’t come at the expense of your skin’s long term health. Use at least an SPF 30 on your face daily, and be sure to use sunscreen on your body if you’re going to be out in the sun for a long time. You’ll still get your glow, and your future self will thank you.

Highlight your glow

Use makeup to make your glow stand out. Keep it natural with gold hues, a touch of highlighter, and a little bronzer, or experiment with bolder colors and deeper pigments, think teals and purples, that show off your summer glow. Sunkissed skin makes for a beautiful palette. Have fun with it!

Start inside

Summer glows happen when you’re doing the things you love with the people you care about most. Make time in your schedule to do the things that matter to you, whether it’s an adventurous hike or a backyard barbecue with family. Cultivating your inner glow will make your summer glow that much more prominent.

I’m on my 2nd bottle of Shedavi pills and I could really feel a noticeable difference to my skin within the first 2 weeks.

I’m so soft all over, including the tops of my thighs my butt, knees and elbows, everywhere!

My skin was so dry especially my legs they were covered in cracked skin. No moisturizer has done what Shedavi has done.

My legs are crack free and soft. The skin on my face is more even, it was very dry with blemishes and oily patches. It wasn’t nice to the touch. Now my skin is dewy and lovely.

As for my hair. It does seem to be growing faster which is great because my friend it cut it too short and now I want it to grow back as soon as possible. It was also thinning due to medication and I do believe that Shedavi has helped with that process too.

I’m really pleased with the hair and scalp elixir and also the capsules. I was a little sceptical but they started working so fast I was shocked and knew then that this was going to be a great product.

Will you be bringing out a skin care range? I for one would be very interested in your range.

    Keep up the good work.
